Sonic Motor Racing Services was
founded in 1998 by Michael Ritter, and over the ten seasons
has firmly established itself as the team best able to guide
young aspiring drivers from junior categories such as
Formula Ford, to become professional drivers able to work
comfortably in a pressure filled environment.
Since its inception in 1998 Sonic Motor Racing drivers have
won the 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2007 Australian Formula Ford
Championship. Sonic also added the 2007 Australian Carrera
Cup Championship to its already impressive list of
achievements and victories in its short but impressive
history.

SUPER SVEN'S CLEAN SWEEP AT SYMMONS DELIVERS GT3 CUP CHALLENGE TITLE 
SVEN BURCHARTZ wrapped up the inaugural Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge title with a trio of emphatic victories at Symmons Plains Raceway last weekend – but behind him a massive dice was raging for the minor positions on the series’ outright podium.
The Sonic Motor Racing Services team is at full strength this weekend as they tackle the Carrera Cup and the Genuine Ford Parts Australian Formula Ford Championships respectively at Phillip Island this weekend.
It was altogether the best round for Sonic Motor Racing Services drivers in some time, and that was due in no small part to some outstanding individual performances from Nick Percat in particular as the young Formula Ford star backed up his impressive Darwin clean sweep with another devastating performance in the Walkinshaw Performance / NO FEAR Mygale.
For most people in the motor racing world, fielding seven competitors within the one weekend would be considered something akin to insanity but for Michael Ritter and the boys at Sonic Motor Racing Services it’s what they live for.
